Regular Registration Fee

  • $100.00 - Student
  • $100.00 - Presenters (Limited to two presenters per session) 

Late Registration Fee

After October 7, 2019

  • $300.00 - Full Conference
  • $100.00 - Student
  • $150.00 - Presenters (Limited to two presenters per session) 

Pre-Conference Registration

Attendees who would like to participate in the pre-conference session MUST pre-register for this event. This year's topic is "Exploring College Fit." Space is limited.

Sunday Opening Dinner

All attendees are encouraged to attend the conference opening dinner and keynote held at the Greater Tacoma Convention Center, Sunday, October 20, 5:00 PM. In order to help us plan accordingly, please indicate your attendance at this event when registering for the conference.

Payment Information

Full payment is required before the conference. If payment is not received prior to the conference, the attendee’s registration may be cancelled. The conference confirmation email is your invoice.

  1. Pay with Visa, MasterCard or Discover when you register online.
  2. Pay by check, made payable to Washington State University and mail to:

    Note - Please include a copy of the conference registration confirmation/invoice or a list of names with registration number for which payment is being issued. 

Refund/Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your registration, send an email to Washington State University - Conference Management at by no later than Monday, October 7 at 5:00 PM in order to receive a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee. 

Cancellations made after October 7, 2019, or attendees who do not show for the conference are responsible for the full registration fee.  
Substitutions are welcome at any time. Please email advance substitutions to, or notify the registration booth staff upon arrival at the conference.

All confirmations, invoices and receipts will be sent via email. Please check your junk mail as this information may inadvertently be sent there.
